Verzending & Retour

Bij Liv Lou Kids Boutique doen we ons best om elke bestelling met zorg en liefde te verpakken en zo snel mogelijk te verzenden.

Verzendinformatie

Op dit moment verzenden wij binnen Nederland en België.

Bestellingen worden binnen 1–3 werkdagen verzonden. Zodra je bestelling is verzonden ontvang je een track & trace, zodat je jouw pakket kunt volgen.

Retourneren

Is een item toch niet helemaal naar wens? Dan kun je je bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst retourneren.

Het product dient ongebruikt, ongedragen en in de originele verpakking te worden teruggestuurd. De kosten voor het retourneren zijn voor eigen rekening.

Na ontvangst en controle van de retourzending wordt het aankoopbedrag binnen enkele werkdagen teruggestort.

Shipping & Returns

At Liv Lou Kids Boutique we carefully pack every order with love and attention and aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Information

At the moment we ship within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Returns

If an item is not quite what you expected, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within a few working days.
